100% apolitical and Lebanese, Achrafieh 2020 is dedicated to transforming Achrafieh into an even greater place to live. We accomplish this through initiatives that heighten the community spirit and encourage people to come together and help one another. Achrafieh 2020’s philosophy revolves around “living together” and improving people’s urban life. This entails reinventing Achrafieh as a breathable, welcoming, and friendly neighborhood by organizing and participating in all kinds of activities that support citizens’ rights and protect Beirut’s unique cultural heritage.
Achrafieh 2020 was created in 2013 under license number 2204/02 issued by the Ministry of the Interior.
